1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise: Account means the player's registered profile with Dada8 for using the Services. Services includes all gaming, wagering, promotional activities, and related features provided by Dada8. Player refers to any person who has registered an Account and uses the Services. Bonus means any promotional credit, free bet, or other incentive offered by Dada8 subject to separate terms. KYC means the process of verifying identity and address as required by applicable law. Geographic Territory means the country or region from which the Player accesses the Services. Withdrawal means the transfer of Funds from the Player’s Account to a payment method chosen by the Player. Deposit means funds added to the Player’s Account from a valid payment method. Funds means money held in the Player’s Account, excluding promotional credits unless expressly stated. RNG means the random number generation technology used to determine game outcomes.
2. Eligibility and Registration
To register and use the Services, you must meet the following conditions: (a) you are at least 18 years old or the legal age in your Geographical Territory; (b) online gambling is legal in your Jurisdiction and you are legally allowed to participate; (c) you provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain it up to date; (d) you are not previously excluded or restricted from gambling by Dada8 or any competent authority. 3. Accounts and Security
3.1 You must create a single Account in your own name in a manner that accurately reflects your Personal Details. Duplicate or shared Accounts are prohibited. Dada8 may close, suspend, or merge Accounts at its sole discretion. 3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must promptly notify Dada8 of any unauthorized use.
4. Verification and Compliance
4.1 Dada8 may require documentation to verify identity, age, and address (for example, government‑issued ID and proof of address). Transactions may be temporarily restricted pending verification. 4.2 Dada8 complies with applicable anti‑money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism requirements. You agree to cooperate with KYC and AML checks and to provide information as requested.
5. Prohibited Conduct and Territory Restrictions
5.1 You must not use the Services in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or where access is prohibited. Dada8 reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts of Players located in restricted or high‑risk areas. 5.2 You shall not attempt to manipulate Games, operate bots or software, collude with other Players, or exploit vulnerabilities. Any such activity may lead to immediate termination of your Account, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action. 5.3 You shall not use multiple Accounts to circumvent limits, promotions, or restrictions.
6. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing
6.1 Funds must be deposited to and Withdrawals processed from the Player’s Account. All Funds are held in client accounts separate from Dada8’s own funds. 6.2 Deposits and Withdrawals are processed via regulated payment solutions engaged by Dada8. Dada8 may require verification before processing withdrawals and may impose limits on amounts or frequencies. 6.3 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal thresholds apply as published by Dada8 from time to time (for example, a minimum deposit of 10 USD and a minimum withdrawal of 20 USD). 6.4 Withdrawals are subject to verification and may take processing times of up to 2–5 business days, depending on the payment method and regulatory requirements. 6.5 Dada8 may charge fees for certain payment methods or for currency conversions; such fees will be disclosed prior to transaction execution. 6.6 In the event of a chargeback or disputed payment, Dada8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant portion of the Account and may reclaim funds in accordance with applicable law.
7. Wagering, Game Rules and Accuracy
7.1 All wagering must be conducted from available Funds in the Player’s Account. Bets shall be deemed accepted once recorded in Dada8’s systems. 7.2 In the event of any discrepancy between the Player’s claimed input and the data retained by Dada8, the data held on Dada8’s servers shall be authoritative. 7.3 The use of automated software, scripting, or other manipulation to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the Account and forfeiture of winnings. 7.4 Dada8 may suspend or void wagers and/or results in cases of software malfunctions, fraud, or suspected manipulation. 7.5 The final authority on the outcome of any game or event lies with the game server and the related systems. 7.6 Taxes and any applicable fees on winnings are the Player’s responsibility; Dada8 may withhold amounts to comply with legal obligations.
8. Bonuses and Promotions
8.1 Any Bonus is granted subject to the then‑current Promotion Terms and Conditions and is applicable only to eligible Players. 8.2 Specific terms, including wagering requirements, wagering timelines, eligible games, and maximum bet limits while a Bonus is active, may apply per promotion. 8.3 The maximum bet while a Bonus is active may be limited per promotion (for example, per‑spin limits on slots) and may affect withdrawal eligibility. 8.4 Bonuses may be revoked if terms are breached, or if the Player’s Account is closed for any reason before withdrawal.
9. Disputes, Complaints and Dispute Resolution
9.1 Any dispute arising from use of the Services must be submitted in writing to Dada8’s support team with full details, within 30 days of the event. 9.2 Dada8 will investigate disputes promptly and communicate a resolution. 9.3 All decisions by Dada8 on disputes are final, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.
10. Responsible Gaming, Time‑Out and Self‑Exclusion
10.1 Players may set personal limits or request a Time‑Out or Self‑Exclusion in their Account Settings. Time‑Out periods and Self‑Exclusion periods are subject to the available options in the Account Management area. 10.2 If Dada8 has reasonable grounds to believe a Player’s activity could cause financial or personal harm, it may implement temporary restrictions or close the Account. 10.3 For support, Players may access resources from recognized organizations and contact Dada8 for guidance on responsible gaming options.
11. Privacy, Data Protection and Communications
11.1 Dada8 processes Personal Data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy. 11.2 Personal data may be shared with payment providers, identity verification services, and other agents required to provide the Services, subject to appropriate data protection safeguards. 11.3 Communications with Dada8 may be conducted electronically; notices provided electronically are effective upon transmission.
12. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
12.1 All content and software on the Dada8 Platform are owned by or licensed to Dada8. Players are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes. 12.2 The Player shall not reproduce, modify, reverse‑engineer, or create derivative works of the Services or content, without express written consent. 12.3 User‑generated content remains the Player’s responsibility; Dada8 may use anonymized data as permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
13.1 To the extent permitted by law, Dada8 excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. 13.2 Dada8 does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error‑free operation of the Services. 13.3 The Player agrees to indemnify and hold Dada8 harmless from all claims, losses, and liabilities arising from the Player’s use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
14. Suspension, Termination and Funds on Termination
14.1 Dada8 may suspend or terminate an Account for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at its discretion. 14.2 Upon termination, the Player’s right to use the Services ends, and remaining Funds may be paid out in accordance with applicable law and internal policy. 14.3 Termination does not affect obligations accrued prior to termination.
15. Changes to the Terms
15.1 Dada8 may update or amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
16.1 These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Dada8 is registered. 16.2 Any disputes shall be brought exclusively before the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory arbitration or alternative dispute resolution where applicable by law.
17. Miscellaneous
17.1 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 17.2 No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term. 17.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Player and Dada8 regarding the Services.
